Admin Description: A CSS Style sheet to mimic a layout similar to discord with the menu options on the left hand side and more fixed panels. Should allow for easy color styling with the UI User Settings.

First community upload and I already have a new default CSS file. Great job!
Which css file should i replace with this?
Just make sure the CSS file is named user.css and drop it in the \public\css folder.
It would be great to add this to the documentation.
